DESIGN
This is the main task of integration, during which we orchestrate the many aspects of the
project - such as civil, structural, electrical and mechanical engineering; site planning and
landscape architecture; lighting design; furnishings; colors and finishes - drawing them all
together into a unified design. This process involves the careful balancing of the major and
minor goals of the project within the necessary parameters of schedule, budget, construction
codes and municipal approvals. The evaluation and refinement of design decisions moves
the project toward a cohesive whole.
